Job Description:
Are you eager to explore the world of sales, account management, and the exciting realm of e-commerce? Bigstore is looking for Sales and account Management Interns to join our team on a transformative 3-month internship. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of our platform and partner businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Account Management: Work closely with account managers to learn the ropes of managing and nurturing relationships with existing selling partners.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customer pain points, requirements, and how to deliver value through our platform’s services.
- CRM Tools: Familiarize yourself with CRM tools and prioritize meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Cultural Integration: Immerse yourself in the Bigstore culture and adopt effective ways of working within our team.
- Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance our products, services, processes, and tools.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams within Bigstore, such as category teams, product teams, and technical support teams, to deliver on various projects.
Internship Duration: January 1st – March 30th (12 weeks)
Basic Qualifications:
- Available to commence the internship for a 3-month, full-time position (40 hours/week) starting on January 1st.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Studies in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
